How can I rent the rock?

Use  the Sign-up Genius links at the bottom of this page and reserve the  actual date you want.  You may begin painting at 4:00 pm on the day  prior to your reservation.

How do I pay?

Payment is due within 3 days after making the reservation.  Please click the button bellow to pay with a credit card on the My School Bucks website.  Or turn in a check to the front office made  out to TBE PTO with a note that says Spirit Rock and the date you are  reserving.  If you fail to pay by the third day, your reservation will  be canceled, deleted and opened back up to the public.  All payments and  reservations are nonrefundable.

What can I reserve the Rock for?

Anything!   Your child’s birthday, thank a teacher or staff member, congratulatory  events, good luck on competitions and tournaments, recognizing  milestones…. The Rock is a fun way to spread any kind of positive  message!

Can the PTO paint the rock for me?

No.   It is your responsibility to paint the rock or find someone to paint  it for you.  You are also responsible for providing all materials for  decorating the rock.  Exterior house paint and spray paint work well.   You can even use acrylic paint found at Michaels for letters or more  intricate designs.    Please clean up after yourself and do not leave  any paint or materials on or around the rock.

What if I reserve the rock and the weather is bad?

In  the event of inclement weather, you may towel dry and still paint the  rock.  Or if you’d rather not, you may revisit the calendar and pick the  next available date for a substitution.  We apologize we are unable to  make refunds.

Please  make sure to note on your personal calendar the day(s) you have  reserved. Trailblazer is not responsible for missed or forgotten  reservations.
